If you have a problem using CaseLines, then creating a
ticket at the CaseLines Helpdesk enables our support team to assist you quickly
There is an easy way to do this:
1. 1. When
you have logged into CaseLines, click the Support button at the top of the
2. You will be taken to our Helpdesk homepage where you can create a ticket to report your problem. Click on Report an Incident.
3. Fill out the form that appears as fully as you can, making sure to include your jurisdiction (e.g. Civil Court or Family Court), then click submit and your ticket will be sent to the CaseLines Support team.
